Find the pattern you would like to view in the gallery. Tap on the little cog icon to reveal the details views. Then select the augmented reality option.
There is a slider to control the scale of the pattern on the bottom right.
On the left is the object selector:
You can choose from a selection of objects: Can, Seat, Cushions, Dress, Umbrella, Vase, Shirt.
